HR Accounting Administrator

Overview

As an HR Accounting Administrator at BrightPath Solutions, you will play a key role in managing HR and accounting functions for our clients. You will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and handling accounts payable/receivable tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple clients using payroll software.
  • Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employment status.
  • Prepare and distribute employee paychecks, direct deposits, and tax forms (e.g., W-2, 1099).
  • Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursement.
  • Assist with accounts receivable duties, such as invoicing clients, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and accounting departments as needed.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software products.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and launching products from concept to market.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
